Our exceptional, friendly staff is our greatest asset. They are excited about what they are doing, have high standards of quality and integrity, and are motivated to achieve the best results for our family of patients. All of our dental assistants and hygienists are licensed professionals with many hours of training.

Our highly skilled staff consists of two hygienists, two clinical assistants and three business office personnel. From your first phone call to the completion of treatment, our staff will provide for you a dental experience that is thorough, comfortable and informative.

We pride ourselves on staying on the cutting edge of dentistry and patient communication. Feedback from our patients about an experience in our office is always welcomed.

Dr. Bill Busch DMD,MAGD

Dr. Busch graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University College of Dental Medicine in Hackensack, New Jersey in 1989. Upon graduation, Dr. Busch completed a one-year residency-training program in Advanced Education in Dentistry at the VA Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas.

He was awarded the Proctor and Gamble Award for Excellence in Periodontology. He received licenses to practice dentistry in Missouri, Kansas, New York, and New Jersey.

He was recently selected to the prestigious 3M Council of Innovative Dentistry for a four year tern 2008-2012. Also serving on the ADA's Commitee for Dental Informatics, Dr. Busch enjoys keeping up with all advancements in dentistry from equipment to the latest procedures to give his patient's five star service.

Dr. Busch is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Sports Dentistry, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry , and the Greater Kansas City Dental Society.

Dr. Busch enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, enjoys weight training, and traveling.

I believe that, with advances in dental techniques, there is no reason why most people should not be able to keep their natural teeth for a lifetime. My goal is to work with you to attain this.

Building a state-of-the-art practice has been a goal of mine since I began practicing dentistry in 1989. I obtained that goal when I opened The North Kansas City Dental Group in 1991.

I am dedicated to keeping up with the continuous advances in dentistry; I complete 150 hours of continuing education in dentistry each year in order to provide you with the "latest and greatest" dental care.

In July of 2009, Dr. Busch received the Mastership Award from the Academy of General Dentistry(MAGD).

He gives back to the community by spending time and money on high tech equipment donated to local schools to further the education of children. Also giving back with service Dr. Busch founded TeamSmile in 2006. This is a dental outreach program serving the local underserved children in our community by providing free dentistry. With the help of the Kansas City Chiefs and future Hall of Fame Punter Dustin Colquitt, in additional to the local dental community, UMKC School of Dentistry, Henry Schein Cares, ADA, DEXIS Digital Radiography, Colgate, Dentrix Dental Sytems, select dental manufactures, select insurance companies.

Dr. Busch has been listed in Consumers' Research Council of America's Guide to America's Top Dentists from 2003 to 2006. Selected for list based on scoring on training, experience, certification and professional affiliations.

Kansas City Super Dentist's

Dr. Busch has been selected to the third year in a row to Kansas City's Super Dentist listing 2006-2008. The Key Professional Media research team actively searches for outstanding dentists. The research team evaluates prospective candidates on indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement as a supplement to the balloting and blue ribbon panel review.

LVI Preferred Dentist

The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) which is located in Las Vegas, Nevada, was founded in 1995 and is the world's premier post-graduate dental teaching center. The goal of LVI is to assist dentists in furthering their academic knowledge as well as master the most current dental procedures and technologies with intensive, hands-on clinical training.

Dentists from all over the world have attended this prestigious institute and are among the finest, most progressive dentists available. Dr. Busch and his staff have attended numerous courses at the Institute since 1995. It will be an ever continuing journey since it is Dr. Busch's passion to deliver the utmost dental care with the greatest skills that are possible and available.
